I’m Jodi Miller, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate supervised by JonTaye Bonds, LPC-S. As a relational therapist, I believe that our relationships—with ourselves and with others—are the foundation of a meaningful life. My approach is based on a simple but powerful truth: we heal and grow within the context of connection.
My work with individuals and couples focuses on the heart of human connection. We'll explore the patterns that get in the way of intimacy, helping you learn to communicate with greater clarity and vulnerability, set healthy boundaries, and build a sense of belonging in all your relationships.
Low self-esteem can feel like a heavy weight, influencing everything from your career to your relationships. In our work, we'll challenge the negative beliefs you hold about yourself, cultivate self-compassion, and build a foundation of self-worth that is unshakable.
Anxiety is more than just feeling stressed—it's a persistent state of unease that can hold you back from living fully. I help clients understand the root causes of their anxiety, develop practical coping skills, and learn to quiet the critical voice so they can move through life with greater calm and confidence.
Parenting is one of the most rewarding and challenging roles in life. Whether you're navigating new family dynamics, co-parenting after a separation, or struggling with your child's behavior, I provide a supportive space to develop effective strategies, manage stress, and create a healthier, more harmonious family life.
Navigating major life transitions—such as career changes, relationship shifts, or the move into a new phase of life—can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. I offer a supportive space and practical tools to help you process change, build resilience, and step confidently into your next chapter.
As required by the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or not using their insurance for services have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). This document provides an estimate of the expected cost of your mental health services before you commit to treatment. It ensures no unexpected bills. I will provide this to you verbally and in writing prior to your first appointment or upon request.
